Effective January 1, 2012, the William P. Faist Volunteer Ambulance Corps transitioned from paper patient care reports to Electronic Patient Care Reports (EPCR).

The switch improves accuracy and speed in documenting patient care, and brings our recordkeeping in line with modern EMS standards.
